Description
This is a farm building located west of the entrance to Pendre Isaf, constructed from rubble stone and topped with a slate roof. It is a single-storey structure featuring a five-bay layout with a projecting gabled entrance at the center. The two bays on either side of the entrance have raised stone piers, suggesting they may have originally had open eaves, though these have been infilled with rubble stone and include a blue brick ventilation slot.
The central gabled porch contains a large arch made of grey stone voussoirs. Inside the arch is a late 19th-century door framed in blue brick, with a ventilation slot positioned above it. Both end walls of the building feature large arched entries, also with grey stone voussoirs, which have been infilled. Additionally, a late 19th-century blue-brick door has been inserted to the left of the southern arch.
The interior consists of a single open space. The roof is supported by four tie-beam and king post trusses, along with double purlins.
