Description

The structure is the enclosing rails and walls around Thomas Johnes' grave in the churchyard of Eglwys Newydd. It features a rubble stone back wall and short walls that connect at right angles to railings at the front, arranged in five canted sections. The side sections align with the walls, while the front is canted and has three sides. The railings are of the conical lance head type, set on chamfered low stone coping. The standards at the corners are five-sided cast-iron with fluted conical finials, and the walls have flat coping.
