Description
Pont Dologau is a road bridge that features a rough rubble stone construction, designed to appear deliberately rustic with deeply raked joints that create the impression of dry stone. The bridge has a large single arch that is set high above the cascades of the Ystwyth River, with recessed long rough stone voussoirs of alternating lengths. The original parapets have been removed and replaced with a 20th-century wooden rail, and the roadway is narrow.
