Description

The entrance gates and piers to Eglwys Newydd church consist of two tall gatepiers made of rubble stone. These piers feature tooled quoins, a plinth, a flat cap, and a top pedestal with a square base that supports a tapering square top, which carries a 20th-century lantern. The double gates include dog-bars, a mid-rail, and some wrought iron scroll-work.
