Description
Ty Coch is a house with a small attached outbuilding to the left. The house is constructed of white painted rubble stone and features a slate eaves roof that overhangs at the gables. There are rendered stone end stacks, with the larger stack located to the left. The building is two storeys high and has a double-fronted design that is offset to the right. It includes two narrow plate-glass sash windows located under the eaves, which are positioned above two four-pane horned sash windows that have stone voussoirs and painted slate sills. The door is situated between the windows and is accessed through a 20th-century glazed lean-to porch. At the rear, there is a 20th-century bay window on the northwest corner and a lean-to structure.
The outbuilding to the right is a single-storey structure with a corrugated iron roof, featuring a window at the extreme left and a central door.
The property has not been inspected.
