Description
Neuadd is a house constructed of painted rubble stone, featuring a slate roof and painted stone end stacks with dripstones. The building is two storeys high and has a double-fronted design that is offset to the left. It includes a small rooflight and 4-pane horned sash windows, with the upper window heads positioned at eaves level. The lower openings have stone voussoirs, and there is a 20th-century door set within a corrugated iron porch.
To the left of the main house, there is a rubble stone outbuilding with a slate roof that slopes downhill. This outbuilding has a central door with stone voussoirs. A 20th-century garage is located to the right of the house.
At the rear, there is a rubble stone outshut extending half the length of the house, which features two roof lights and an added brick lean-to. The left side of the rear shows traces of whitewash and lacks windows. Additionally, there is a lean-to at the rear of the outbuilding with a corrugated iron roof.
The building was not inspected at the time of the survey.
