Description
Yale Cottage is a house constructed from painted rubble stone, featuring a low-pitched slate roof with close eaves and stone stacks at both ends, including a large external chimney breast on the west side. The building is two storeys high and has a double-fronted design that is offset to the left. On the upper level, there are two small-paned horizontally-sliding casements located under the eaves, while the ground floor has two small-paned casements with cambered heads and stone voussoirs. The doorway, situated between the windows, has a flat head and a 20th-century door. There is a blocked opening on the ground floor to the right, also with stone voussoirs. At the rear, there is an outshut.
