Description
This is a cottage located on the roadside about 200 meters east of Wern Fawr farm. It is constructed from rubble stone and features a slate roof with a square stone stack on the left end. The cottage has a long double front that is offset to the left, with an earlier 20th-century door positioned to the left of center and a small six-pane casement window on each side. The door has a timber lintel above it, while the windows are topped with single slab stone lintels.
The interior has not been inspected, but it is reported to contain an unheated parlour under a loft on the left and a kitchen on the right.
