7 Masons Road

7 Masons Road is a simple classical building dating from the 19th century. It is two stories high with a three-window facade, except for No 1, which has a two-window facade. The frontages are finished in scribed render and roughcast, featuring rusticated quoins and end pilaster strips. The roofs are slate, with boarded eaves and cement render chimney stacks. The sash windows are mainly 12-pane, although No 3 has modern windows. The windows have lugged architraves with decorative keystones and voussoir lintels. The doorways have similar detailing, except for Nos 2 and 3, which have pedimented tops. No 7 has a six-panel door with a four-pane fanlight, while No 8 features a boarded and six-panel door with a four-pane fanlight. No 9 Regent Street completes the group with a one-window frontage to Masons Road and a three-window entrance elevation to Regent Street, showcasing similar detailing.
