Description
2 Penuwch Street is a two-storey, double-fronted building that dates back to an unspecified period. It is constructed of rubble stone, which was formerly colourwashed, and features a slate roof with stone end stacks, the larger stack being on the right side. The building is slightly off-set to the left.
On the upper floor, there are two long 4-pane horned sash windows with slate sills, which were likely enlarged in the 19th century. The ground floor has a 12-pane fixed window on the left, a 20th-century off-centre door, and a 9-pane fixed window on the right. The windows are topped with stone slab lintels. The rear of the building has a catslide roof. Notably, the front wall's stonework is continuous with that of No 3 Penuwch Street.
