Description
The W range of outbuildings at Nant-y-Dderwen is a two-storey structure built from whitewashed rubble stone and topped with a slate roof. It features an eight-window main range that faces the road and a small two-storey, one-window range at a right angle on the south end. The main range includes eight small boarded loft windows, each with timber lintels and stone sills. The ground floor is nearly symmetrical, with ledged doors at each end and three arched cart entries in the center, one of which is blocked. The cart entries are framed by stone voussoirs and square stone piers.
To the right, a short link wall connects to a small lofted stable that has one similar loft window and a ground floor door with a brick cambered head to the left, along with a small window featuring a stone lintel. The right end wall of the stable has one loft window and there is a small single-storey outbuilding with a window at the front and a door at the end.
