Description

Pont Gogoyan is a Grade II* listed rubble stone road bridge, measuring approximately 40 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width. The bridge has a humped profile, with the largest arch located at the center, and the arches decrease in size towards the ends. The arches are flush and constructed with cut-stone voussoirs. The two central piers feature low triangular cutwaters with stepped tops, while the next piers outward have short raised strips. The bridge is finished with rubble stone parapets that have rough stone coping, which extend as abutments for about 9 meters to the north and 30 meters to the south.
