Description

The cottage at Cefn Perthpiod is a single-storey, double-fronted building, constructed of whitewashed rubble stone, which may include some cob walling. It features a corrugated iron roof over thatch, and a small north end stack that is clad in corrugated iron, possibly covering a wicker chimney. The front of the cottage has a central door flanked by two small windows, and the corners are rounded. There is a small loft light in the south end wall and two small windows in the rear wall. Additionally, there is an outbuilding at the north end with an asbestos roof and a 20th-century window at the rear.
