Description

Stanley House is a stucco-faced, two-storey and attic building with a slate roof and stone end stack, dating to an unknown period. The front of the building has a three-window arrangement, featuring a moulded eaves cornice. Two dormers are present, each with arched, small-paned sash windows and bargeboarded gables. The main front features arched windows; those on the ground floor are wider and include marginal glazing bars, stucco hoodmoulds, and painted slate sills. An arched doorway is centered within a two-column timber porch with an arched head and cornice, and it is fitted with a two-panel door featuring arched panels and a traceried fanlight above. Stucco quoins are visible.

The garden is enclosed by a rubble wall with slate coping and spearhead iron rails. Two stone gatepiers, each topped with cross-gabled caps, mark the entrance. A pedestrian gate made of iron is located to the right.
