Description
Llangoed Cottage Workshop is likely an original stable building that predates the Edwardian remodelling of the main house. It is constructed of random stone rubble and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. There are two blocked openings facing the entrance driveway, which have been altered and renewed in the later 20th century. The ground floor on the southeast side has two boarded doors with timber lintels and a paned timber window, while the first floor on the northwest side has similar features. Inside, there are stud partitions. Additionally, the property includes a 3.5-meter high wall at the northeast end, which contains a round-headed arch leading towards the Laundry House. This building is included for its group value with the other listed outbuildings at Llangoed Hall.
