Description
Llangoed Farmhouse is a mid-19th century farmhouse that served as the home farm for Llangoed Hall. It is constructed of red brick with stone quoins and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and attics, following a double-pile plan with stacks. The main west elevation is symmetrical, featuring a central boarded door with a 4-pane overlight above it. The windows include sixteen-pane sashes, with a narrow 8-pane light positioned over the door. The southern window on the ground floor has been replaced. The stone stacks are quoined where they project on the gable ends. This farmhouse is noted for being a well-preserved example of a mid-19th century estate farmhouse.
