Description

East Lodge Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the mid-18th century for the Ecton Hall Estate. It features squared coursed lias stone with a slate roof and has a T-shape plan. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a four-window range of 19th-century casements set under wooden lintels. To the right, there is a 19th-century porch with a part-glazed door. The farmhouse also has three stone gabled eaves dormers, ashlar gable parapets, and brick stacks located at the ridge and ends. A similar 18th-century wing extends to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
