Description
Ecton Lodge Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse built for the Ecton Hall Estate. It features squared coursed lias stone with a slate roof and has a T-shaped plan. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has a three-window range of 19th century casements in the original openings, which are topped with wooden lintels. To the right of the center, there is a 20th century door with a wooden porch. On the left, there are large casement windows and French doors. The farmhouse has three eaves dormers, ashlar gable parapets with kneelers, and brick stacks at the ridge and ends. A similar 18th century wing extends to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
