Description
The Old Post Office is a building dating from the early 18th century, originally consisting of three houses that have now been converted into two dwellings. It is constructed of squared coursed lias stone and features a thatched roof. The building has a single storey with an attic and displays a four-window range of casements with glazing bars set beneath wooden lintels, along with a six-window range of similar eyebrow dormers. There are brick stacks located at the ridge and at the ends of the structure. The rear of the building mirrors the front, with plank doors situated between the window range. The interiors have not been inspected.
