Description

Mahola comprises two houses, probably dating from the late 17th century and altered in the late 19th century. The houses are constructed of squared coursed lias, with pantile and 20th-century plain-tile roofs. Originally, No. 30 had a two-unit plan, and No. 32 had a single-unit plan, forming a four-window range of irregular casement windows with glazing bars, all set under wooden lintels. 20th-century doors are located between the windows, also under wooden lintels. Brick stacks are present at the ends of the building. The right gable shows evidence of a 19th-century alteration to the roof pitch. The interior has not been inspected.
