Description
South View is a small town house built around 1830. It is constructed of brick and features a slate roof with gable end stacks. The building has two storeys and a two-window range, with a central entrance and a short rear wing. The entrance consists of a partly glazed door with an overlight, set within a moulded architrave that has panelled jambs. On each floor, there are flanking windows that are 12-pane sashes, each with wide splayed rendered heads that include keystones. The eaves are decorated with a nogged band.
This house is a well-preserved example of an early 19th-century town house and is part of a group with No 24 Salop Road.
