Description

Sunville was built around 1820 and is one of a pair with No 22. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof with a single gable end stack. The building has two storeys and features a two-window range with a short rear wing and a central entrance. The entrance includes a partly glazed door with an overlight set in a moulded case with panelled jambs. This is flanked by 12-pane sash windows, although the lower right-hand window does not have glazing bars. The windows have wide splayed heads with keystones, and there is a nogged eaves band. Sunville is a well-preserved example of a small early 19th-century town house and is part of a group with No 22.
