1 and 2 Moel y Mab

1 and 2 Moel y Mab is a one-and-a-half storey building constructed of random rubble with brick dressings and a renewed slate roof. It features two-stage brick stacks on the left and right of the center. The front has three windows, with dormers on the left and right that have 2-light round-headed mullioned windows. The central dormer is timber-framed with a 2-light casement and has "1720" carved in relief on the tie beam. The dormers have fretted barge boards with pendant finials, and there is a plain brick porch placed centrally. The ground floor includes 2-light round-headed mullioned windows with brick hood moulds.

1 Moel y Mab is the unit on the left, accessed from the left side wall, which has a doorway on the right within a brick surround. It has casement windows under flat arches with hood moulds in the center and in the attic. There is a third similar window beneath the apex of the roof, which is now blocked. The gable features fretted barge boards and there is an outshut at the rear made of random rubble.

2 Moel y Mab occupies the central and right units. The right gable is made of brick and also has fretted barge boards. At the rear, there is a brick lean-to with two timber-framed dormers, each featuring 2-light casements and barge boards similar to those at the front.

The building was not inspected in November 1996.
