Description
Church Lodge is a simple Tudor-Gothic style lodge built in one-and-a-half storeys. It features a main gabled range with two lower wings, with the right wing set further back and having a porch at the angle with the main range. The walls are roughcast and painted, with painted ashlar dressings, including coped gables on moulded kneelers. The roof is slate with axial stacks on the wings. The main elevations have two-light mullioned windows that include top-hung and side-hung casements, which have been renewed in their original openings, as well as single-light casements in the attic. The porch has a plain parapet and openings under cambered lintels. There are 20th-century single-storey extensions at the rear of the main range and the left wing.
