Description
No. 1 Clive Terrace is a house built of whitewashed rubble stone with a slate roof and a tall red brick chimney on the ridge. It has one and a half storeys. The right side features a broad, slightly projecting gable with a large lunette above an altered cambered-headed opening. The lunette includes a thin transom and mullions, a plastered blocked center, a small-paned iron opening light, and a top light on the left side, along with an iron leaded light and top light on the right. The ground floor has a broad cambered arch made of stone voussoirs, which is infilled with painted plaster and has a long iron small-paned casement on the left side. To the left, there is a range with a door in a modern brick gabled porch. The left end wall features a modern pair of casements on each floor with stone voussoirs to cambered heads, and one 20th-century small window on the ground floor to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
