Description
Plas Offa is a detached villa built from tooled squared sandstone, featuring a slate hipped roof with deep eaves supported by brackets that have finials. The building has two square stone chimneys, with the right chimney being taller. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. On the first floor, there are 4-pane horned sash windows set in ashlar chamfered surrounds. The ground floor features outer canted bay windows that have hipped slate roofs adorned with fishscale banding, and a similar roof covers the central porch. These roofs are supported by brackets with turned pendants. The ashlar canted bays have bases made of ashlar with sunk panels beneath each window. The central hipped roof is supported by pierced cast-iron uprights that display anthemion patterns. The entrance includes a four-panel door with an overlight in a chamfered surround, flanked by narrow sidelights with small panels beneath. The left end wall has two windows that match the eaves and windows of the front, with a French window in the right opening of the ground floor. At the rear, there is an outshut with three small sash windows above a modern conservatory. The interior has not been inspected.
