Description
This is a semi-detached cottage built from red brick with a slate roof, featuring a red brick ridge stack positioned between the two cottages. The brickwork is laid in a garden-wall bond, with larger bricks used for the end addition. The cottages are designed as a mirrored pair, each having a pair of casement windows on the inner bay of both floors. The lower casement features brick voussoirs, while the upper one is located under the eaves. There is a cambered-headed doorway with a ledged door, which is sheltered by a sloping slated hood supported by long raking brackets. Slightly further out, there is a small square single casement window under the eaves. Each cottage is extended by one bay, which includes a similar pair of casement windows on both floors and a brick chimney located on the outer corner of the front roof slope. The interior has not been inspected.
