Description
This milestone, located on the verge to the east of Gwernargllwydd, likely dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century and was part of the Turnpike Trust. It is a simple, low, round-headed structure made of painted sandstone. The inscription reads: "Penybont/4 miles/Presteign 13+". There is a trig point at the base.
