Description
5 Pontithel Cottages, built in the early to mid-19th century, are two symmetrical cottages made of colourwashed stone with a slate roof and red tile crestings. Each cottage has two bays and features a lateral 4-panelled door with an overlight positioned against the party wall. The ground floor has tripartite 12-pane sash windows, with a 12-pane sash window above, and an additional 12-pane sash window centrally located over the doors. The front elevation includes a coved cornice, and there are gable stacks on the roof.
