Description

Millfield is a two-storey building with an uneven three-window front, featuring roughcast walls and heightened eaves. The left end has whitewashed brickwork. It has a shallow slate roof with a central red brick chimney stack and cut-down end stacks, along with wide eaves. The windows include modern casements with two and three lights, and there is an earlier cantilevered bay on the first floor to the right, which has sash windows with glazing bars. The right-hand door is accessed by steps and has a narrow hood above it, while there is a second door to the left. The left gable end displays bargeboards and an apex pendant, along with a wooden band over the first floor. At the back, there is a small gable range and a rear wing that features weatherboarding.
