Description
This building, which includes Presteigne Crafts, is a two-storey structure with a roughcast front featuring five windows of unequal size. It has a uniform steep slate roof with twin pitched roof dormers on the right and moulded eaves. The irregular sash windows have glazing bars and are set in flush frames.
In the center, there is an early to mid-19th century pilastered shop front for Presteigne Crafts, which includes an overall fascia and a six-panel door leading to No 4. There is a second pilastered shop front located on the corner with Harper's Lane. At the rear, there is a further parallel gabled range and a lateral range, which has three windows of varied types and a four-panel door beneath a bracket cornice.
