Description
Tregunter Farmhouse is a 19th-century farmhouse that includes a service extension. The building features pebbledashed and whitewashed stone with slate roofs. It stands two storeys high and has three window bays, along with a two-storey continuous outshut at the rear that shares the slate roof. The barn range is integrated into the back of the house, with its ridge positioned at a lower level. The front elevation showcases a central four-panelled door set within a timber gabled porch, and there are four-paned late 19th-century sash windows. Brick gable stacks are present on the house. The service extension on the right side (east) is one storey with an attic, featuring a boarded door and 20th-century replaced windows, with the upper floor window located within a wide front gable. There is also a gable end stack. The property was not accessible during the inspection in March 1995.
