Description
The Carthouse and Granary on the east side of the farmyard at Tregunter Farm is believed to have been built around 1766-1767, according to Haslam. It is constructed from whitewashed rubble stone and features a hipped slate roof. There is a lean-to attached and set back at the northern end. The west elevation facing the farmyard is symmetrical and includes five cart openings with segmental arches. Above the central cart opening, there is a 4-light ovolo moulded window, which is presumably a reused feature. At each end of the building, there is a door leading to the loft, with the door on the southern end retaining its external stone steps.
