Description

A reflected pair of 1½-storey cottages of rubble stone, slate roof and central brick stack. Entrances are on the outer sides, and have boarded doors, under a wooden lintel the L-hand and stone segmental head to the R-hand. On their inner sides are 4-pane horned sash windows under stone segmental heads. Above them are 2-light half dormers. The L gable end has an added lean-to. The shop, against the R gable end, is of painted brick, slate roof and end brick stack. It has a large 3-light shop window and a boarded door with overlight, all beneath a fascia with hood on consoles. Above is a 2-light half dormer similar to the cottages. Set back against its gable end is a flat-roofed addition.

To the rear the shop is rendered and has an inserted window. The cottages have a single inserted window L of centre below the eaves, and inserted 2-light window lower R.
