Description
Cletterwood Farmhouse is a 17th-century building constructed of stone rubble, featuring early brick quoins. Parts of the structure have been rebuilt or refaced in brick, which includes cogged eaves. The farmhouse has a slate roof and is one storey high with an attic, comprising three bays. There is a rear extension on the southeast that forms an 'L' shape, which includes a gable stack and a cellar beneath the northeast bay. The rear wing has an outshut in the re-entrant angle. The entrance is located in the central bay, which has a half-glazed door within a trellis porch. The windows are timber and consist of three-light panes. Additionally, there is one gabled dormer in the central bay, and a staircase is positioned opposite the entrance at the junction of the added rear wing.
