Description

1 The Crescent is a three-storey building with a cellar, featuring a three-window front facing Crescent Street and a one-window front to The Crescent. The exterior is finished in scribed stucco on brick, topped with a gently pitched slate roof that has a hip on The Crescent side. It has a plain eaves cornice and brick chimney stacks. The second floor has shallow windows, while the first floor includes a sill band. All floors have modern windows with plain reveals and stone sills. The entrance boasts an imposing doorcase with Gothick details on the pilasters, a plain hood, and a rectangular fanlight. Additionally, there are iron railings with gates leading to Crescent Street.
