Description

This building is a three-storey fish and chip shop, constructed in painted Flemish bond brick. It features a gently pitched slate roof and a dentilled eaves cornice. There is a brick end stack on the right side. The second-floor windows are shallow, later 19th-century four-pane sashes, with slightly cambered gauged brick voussoirs above. The reveals are plain and there are stone lintels. The first floor also has four-pane sash windows. The ground floor includes a shopfront with an adjoining door, and there is a round-arched entry to a tunnel passage that is offset to the left.
