Description

35 The Crescent is a mid-19th century building that stands three storeys tall and is finished in stucco. It features a hipped slate roof, a moulded cornice along the parapet, and a stringcourse. The front has two sash windows with only verticals. On the left side, there is a three-light canted bay window that serves the two lower floors. The first-floor windows have a cornice and console brackets. The entrance on the right side is framed by a doorcase with a cornice, pilasters, and a rectangular fanlight. This building is part of a group with Nos 35 to 39 (odd).
