Description

Underhill Cottage is an early 19th-century building located in Sandgate. It is two storeys high and features a weatherboarded exterior with a hipped tiled roof. On the first floor, there is one sash window with intact glazing bars and a door at the same level. To the right side, there is a modern extension; the ground floor is made of stone while the first floor remains weatherboarded, also with one sash window that has intact glazing bars. The side and rear elevations are constructed of stone.
