Description

Vine Cottage is an early 19th-century building that has been altered in the later 19th century. It is two storeys high and features weatherboarding on the exterior, topped by a hipped tiled roof. The cottage has two three-light canted bay windows on each floor, although most of the glazing bars are missing. In the late 19th century, two tiled weatherboarded gables with curved bargeboards and pendants were added to these bays. The central entrance has a six flush panelled door, which is sheltered by a wooden trellis-work porch. This porch is now covered by a later 19th-century hipped tiled weatherhood that features carved bargeboards and a pendant.
