Description

Rhydycroesau Bridge is a single-arch semi-circular bridge with a span of about 10 meters. It is constructed from uncoursed masonry using local slate. The voussoirs are approximately 500 millimeters high, featuring a prominently projecting keystone and an extrados corbel course on each side.

The parapets are slightly out-turned at all four ends, with flat copings that are jointed using iron cramps. On the Welsh side, the parapets meet the walls of an adjacent garden and the churchyard.
