Description

16 Bridge Street is a Grade II listed building with a rough-cast rendered front facing the street. It features a single small pane casement window on the first floor. On the ground floor, to the right, there is an early 19th century shallow doorcase with Doric pilasters and a cornice, leading to a panelled door. To the left, there is a large window that was boarded up at the time of inspection.

The gable end to the left is timber-framed with square panels, and it has a jetty at the front built with local brick. The roof truss above the collar is of the collar and tie-beam type with raking struts. The ground floor has brick infill between the timbers, while above this, there are mainly wattle and daub panels.

The building was noted to be in poor condition at the time of inspection.
