Description
10 Bridge Street is a three-storey building constructed of local red brick on the front, which is painted, while the sides and rear are made of rubble. It features a slate roof and has rectangular end chimneys made of brick. The front has three windows. On the second floor, there are three eight-pane hornless sash windows with stone sills. The first floor also has three sixteen-pane hornless sash windows, again with stone sills.
The ground floor has a central passageway entry with a square-headed doorway set under a round-headed recess, featuring a simple boarded door. On either side of this doorway, there are entrance doorways to the houses, each framed by a doorcase with Doric pilasters that support a cornice. These doorways have panelled doors with rectangular overlights and steps leading up to them. Additionally, there is a sixteen-pane hornless sash window in each outer bay.
