Description
Melbourne House is a three-storey building constructed from Llanfyllin red brick, topped with a slate roof featuring boarded eaves and brick chimneys. The front of the house has two windows, with camber-headed designs and heavy stone sills. On the second floor, there are two six-pane hornless sash windows. The first floor has two six-pane casement windows. The ground floor features a central shallow gabled brick porch with a part-glazed door.
To the left of the porch is a three-light casement window and a camber-headed doorway, while to the right of the porch, there is another three-light casement window. The left gable of the house is rendered.
