Description

13 Agincourt Square is a Grade II listed building featuring a rendered and painted front with a slate roof that is mostly hidden from the street. The structure stands four storeys tall and is one window bay wide, showcasing tripartite sash windows with 6 over 6 panes, except for the top floor which has 3 over 6 panes. There is a plain 20th-century shopfront at the base. The building has a parapet with a small cornice and a plain stack located to the right. At the rear, there is a three-storey gabled wing with sash windows, which reveals its construction in the castle ditch. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey in August 2004.
