Description
Honeysuckle Cottage, formerly the Master's House of Llanrhaiadr National School, is a two-storey, two-window house designed in an L shape. It is built from shaley masonry similar to that of the school and faces north. The cottage features a slate roof with a tile ridge, timber bargeboards, and rendered end-chimneys. The small two-light casement windows are positioned close to the eaves, while the two-light windows below have timber mullions and transoms with iron lattices. There is a small, lightly constructed central open-fronted porch. At the rear gable, there is a two-light lattice window. The property also includes single-storey modern extensions.
