Description
The stables at Llys Morgan, formerly a vicarage, are a lofted stable block built in informally coursed shaley stone, featuring yellow brick dressings around the doors and windows. The building has a slate roof with a tile ridge and a yellow brick chimney at one end. The yellow brickwork is bonded to the stonework, and there are slightly recessed single-storey extensions at each end. The stonework on the ends and rear is uncoursed.
The main block includes a boarded door located left of centre, along with three windows that have timber mullions and transoms. There are also two dormer windows with similar frames. The lower openings are topped with segmental arches, while the dormer windows feature concrete lintels. The left extension has a boarded door with a panel above, and the right extension has a wide coach opening that has been fitted with a modern door and window.
