Description
The Lengthsman's House at Burgedin Lock is a two-storey building with a cellar, constructed from brick and finished with rendered and lined rendering, topped by a slate roof. It features two bays and has a central entrance that is sheltered by a gabled open timber porch. The gables are adorned with double fluted stacks that have clayware pots. At the rear of the house, there is a stable building that includes stalls for two horses, along with an attached outhouse. The property was boarded up at the time of inspection in August 1994.
