Description
Pandy Holding is a 2-storey double-fronted house built of brick, featuring a slate roof with projecting plastered eaves and brick end stacks. The lower storey has openings with segmental heads, including a central boarded door that shows the outline of a former gabled porch, flanked by 3-light iron-frame casement windows set in wood frames. The upper storey contains similar 2-light windows.
On the left gable end, there is an inserted window on the lower left. At the rear, there is a lower former shippon made of brick with a slate roof, which has a lean-to on its right side and against the back of the house, constructed of weatherboards and topped with a corrugated-iron roof. The shippon features a boarded door, a loft door, and a diamond-pattern breather. Its gable end has a lower projection with a boarded door, and beyond that is a lean-to pigsty with a walled pen. The property has not been inspected.
