Description
The barn at Ty Brith is a 19th-century structure situated on a stone plinth and sloping downwards. It features a slate roof and weatherboarded walls. On the right side, there is a loft window, and a door with stone steps leading up to it. To the left, there is another door.
Inside, the barn has two central crucks that are of similar design, each featuring a collar, tie beam, and vertical member. The left cruck, which is at the former end of the range, is of poorer quality and has square panelling with raking struts above the collar. The right end of the barn showcases box framing.
Please note that a shed on the right and a cartshed on the left are not included in this description.
